Yorkshire Terrier

Yorkies are more than toys — they were bred as ratters and are surprisingly tough for being such little dogs. They pack a big attitude in a tiny frame and can be feisty or even bossy without the proper training. At the same time, these traits make them great guard dogs.

Yorkies make popular city dogs and are hypoallergenic, both of which are reasons for their popularity, but more than anything else, they are loving, loyal companions to their chosen humans.
